Your wedding will be tailored to your vision; however, not everyone can envision non-traditional decorations.
Centerpieces
For our Toronto Reception at the Toronto Argonaut Rowing Club, we decided to go with Lanterns as centerpieces (thanks to my mother-in-law), something similar is pictured below
The lanterns were incredibly functional, as we did not have to worry about flowers spilling, or dying, or even hiding the person across the table. These were found at Pier 1 at a price of $15-$20. Guests were also incredibly happy to take one of these home.
You may also find these practical as you can get different colored candles to match your wedding theme and whether you would like to *spice* things up, you can also go for scented candles.
Another practical option can be using a small floral centerpiece with tealight candles surrounding the arrangement
